  • A PLC programmer develops, designs, and tests application software for industrial machinery and automated systems for our clients, whose operations are regulated by Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).

    The PLC programmer is responsible for interpreting and analyzing electrical, pneumatic, and flow diagrams, and contributing to their creation when necessary. They study the requirements of the program to be developed and define the project’s technical specifications. They structure program sequences according to defined specifications and design logical flowcharts, then write the program using specific PLC programming platforms.

    Once the automation software development is completed, the testing phase begins. They perform I/O (input/output) tests to ensure the program functions as intended and is free of errors (bugs). They check that certain quality standards are met and resolve malfunctions by debugging the code.

    The PLC programmer is responsible for the testing and commissioning of the automation and subsequently for training the operators who will use it.

  • The mechanical designer, also known as a mechanical draftsman, is the technician who conceives, designs, and sizes mechanical components and systems. The mechanical designer develops assigned projects, from defining the technical/functional characteristics of the product to creating related bill of materials, manuals, and documentation, up to production.

    The design work is based on analyzing customer needs: the mechanical designer meets with clients, managers, and engineers to analyze the requirements that the component must meet. Once the functional and technical characteristics of the component or mechanical assembly, materials, and technologies to be used are established, the mechanical designer creates sketches and drafts for the development of models and prototypes, primarily using graphic software like AutoCAD (Computer-Aided Design), for 2D and 3D modeling.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop mechanical parts using 3D modeling programs (SolidWorks), interfaced with the management system
    • Create construction drawings and develop technical documentation to support production departments
    • Study and modify assembly line layouts
    • Implement and maintain certifications for machinery and products by liaising with external consultants
    • Codify and organize elaborated projects
    • Support the sales department by providing pre- and post-sales technical support
    • Handle cost determination and bill of materials for products

  • An electrical designer plays a crucial role in the development and implementation of electrical systems and solutions across a wide range of projects. This position involves working closely with engineers and project managers to create detailed electrical design drawings and specifications that meet the specific needs and standards of each project. Leveraging their deep understanding of electrical principles and design software, electrical designers ensure that all electrical systems and installations are efficient, safe, and compliant with regulatory requirements. Their work supports the seamless integration of electrical components in various environments, from residential buildings to complex industrial plants, contributing to the functionality and sustainability of these spaces.

    Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Design electrical systems and circuits, including power distribution, lighting, and grounding systems, using computer-aided design (CAD) software
    • Prepare and review detailed drawings and specifications for electrical installations
    • Perform calculations for electrical loads and select appropriate sizes for electrical equipment, cables, and other components
    • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project team members to integrate electrical systems with other building systems and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and standards
    • Develop and implement testing and inspection procedures to ensure that electrical installations are properly installed and operate safely
    • Create and maintain project documentation, including design notes, calculations, and correspondence, to ensure accurate record-keeping and project coordination
    • Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams and other stakeholders during the installation and commissioning of electrical systems
    • Research and apply new technologies and methodologies in electrical design to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance project sustainability

  • The purpose of this role is to serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers seeking technical assistance, ensuring the usability of hardware and software components once installed and configured.

    The IT Technician will also be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, repairing or replacing damaged hardware, performing daily backup operations, and managing technical documentation. The IT Technician must have strong technical knowledge and be able to communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain the solution.

    They must be customer-oriented, patient, and able to respond to users’ needs promptly.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Verify reports generated by the infrastructure
    • Install and configure software
    • Respond within the technical response time to IT assistance requests, communicating execution and resolution times
    • Configure, test, and install hardware
    • Apply patches and software updates to the infrastructure
    • Permanently resolve issues detected in tasks (no temporary workaround methods)
    • Test updates and patches before deployment on NA and clients
    • Maintain technical documentation and manuals
    • Provide technical assistance
      Maintain optimal conditions for backups
